Bedroom

A small room with a double bed, a dresser and two side tables

There is water spilling into the room from the bathroom, which door is locked.

I walked to the door, turning the handle. I looked over my shoulder at a small key on the bedside table.

The key is extremely rusted.

I kick against the door yelling, "Hurry up in there!"

You here yelling on the other side, 'Help me!' and bashing against the door, but it doesn't budge.

"What's going on in there?" I call, picking up the rusted key and shoving it under the door. "See if you can maybe clean that off in any way?" I suggest.

You here more yelling, "I'm gonna die!". The key you put under the door just flows back out with the water which is rapidly flowing from under the door.

I frantically search the room for something to break the door down with. After failing to find anything, I pulled several shirts out of the dresser near by and stuffing them in the cracks, stopping the water from flowing into the room. "Well, at least the rest of the carpet wont get wet."

Other than the bathroom door, there is a door which lead back to the hallway. It is locked. Suddenly there is a banging on it.

I stop stuffing clothes in the door, and turned to the door. "H-hello?"

The door busts open, and Jefferson walks in, holding a broken key. The door then suddenly slams shut behind him, locking itself. Again there is banging.

'Hey there' The door slams behind me. 'That's... freaky... What's going on here?'

"Oh, someone is drowning in the bathroom. I was going to help them, but I dont want to ruin the carpet."

Suddenly the door is partially damaged, and water starts seeping in through holes in the door. [remember there is a piece of furniture in front of the door].

'Wait! You let her die? I guess it is nice carpet....' I say noticing the water come in. 'Oh gosh... Nononono I hate water. Water do we do!?'

With the water starting to rush into the room, and the carpet already soaked, I sigh. "Yeah, lets help her," I said, trying to open the door again.

The furniture is stuck to the door. The water is still seeping through the cracks of the door. Suddenly a small hole forms in the door, and Carolines head pops through it. It is now stuck there.

'Oh... hey head!' I whisper really loudly to Jess 'Pssst. Is THIS the person you left to drown.... if so.... AWKIES' I quickly go to stand up on the piece of furniture not wishing to get my outfit wet.

"Well, at least the head is stopping the water from flooding freely into the room," I say.

The water becomes more rapid, forcing the furniture in front of the door to move. The door bursts open and water floods into the room, chin high.

I realise that I am able to breathe for the moment. I inhale as much air as I can before turning to the two strangers in the room. I go to say hello, but only water comes out of my mouth.

Being on the furniture and it being knocked down I get knocked down with it. I'm now drenched with water. 'Wait! I have key! It's broken... but it could still work...'

I grab the key from Jeffy, but I drop it, as it sinks to the bottom of the room.

It starts sinking to the bottom of the room... And as Caroline tries to talk underwater her mouth is wide open... The key slips into her mouth and she gulps. She then starts choking. The water now fills the room from top to bottom.
